How fresh is your coffee?

We generally roast to order. We want our coffee to be as fresh as it can when it gets to you. You can expect your coffee to be roasted in less than 48 hours from completing your order on our website. You order it. We roast it and ship it. You brew it and enjoy.


How long does shipping take?

We let you pick the shipping method so delivery times can vary based on what’s happening in the world around us and the method you choose. If you’ve ordered from us and you don’t get a timely delivery, send us a message and we’ll do what we can to make it right.


How do I contact the Full Deck Coffee team?

You can send us a message on Facebook or Instagram for the fastest response time. We also have email at fulldeckcoffee@gmail.com if you prefer that. If you want to talk on the phone, send us a message in one of those channels and include your phone number so we can call you back. Our team isn’t always available to talk by phone so we try to work electronically.


Where do you roast your coffee?

Al is roasting coffee in Live Oak, Texas. It’s a suburb of San Antonio.


I live in the San Antonio area. Do I have to pay for shipping?

We offer free local delivery within 25 miles of Live Oak. When you check out, you should see it as a delivery option. Al will contact you to set up your personal delivery schedule.
